Ok2Post – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ok2Post, a website-based group photo-sharing platform that allows users to privately upload, organize, review, and approve group photos before sharing. By accessing or using Ok2Post, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Ok2Post in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site.

2. User Accounts

To upload photos, download photos, or use approval features, you must create an Ok2Post account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

Users must:

  • Provide accurate, complete information when creating an account

  • Use Ok2Post in compliance with all applicable laws

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

Ok2Post is not liable for any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all images and content you upload to Ok2Post (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant Ok2Post a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, display, and process the content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • You have the right to upload the content

  • You obtain consent from individuals in the photos before uploading

  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights

Ok2Post does not own your content and will not sell or redistribute it.

4. Group Sharing & Consent

Ok2Post is designed to help groups privately share, review, and approve photos before posting elsewhere. However:

Ok2Post cannot control or prevent users from downloading, screenshotting, or sharing images outside the platform.
We cannot guarantee that every user in your group will follow approval rules or respect others’ privacy.

By using the service, you understand and agree that:

  • Uploading images to a group event inherently involves sharing them with other group members

  • Other members may save, copy, or share those images regardless of approval settings

  • Ok2Post is not liable for any unauthorized distribution or misuse of content by other users

Users should only upload images they are comfortable sharing with their selected group.

5. Loss of Content & Data Protection

While Ok2Post takes reasonable measures to maintain secure storage and platform stability, we cannot guarantee that images or data will never be lost, corrupted, or deleted.

By using Ok2Post, you acknowledge that:

  • Technical failures, outages, or user actions may cause content to be lost or inaccessible

  • Ok2Post is not responsible for lost images, deleted images, corrupted files, or any failure to store content

  • Users should always keep copies of all photos on a personal device or backup system

Ok2Post is not responsible for any damages resulting from loss of data.

6. Platform Limitations

You understand and agree that Ok2Post:

  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

  • May suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

  • May remove content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates community guidelines

  • Does not guarantee any specific retention period beyond what is stated (events may be stored up to one year unless otherwise noted)

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content

  • Harass or violate the privacy of any individual

  • Attempt to access others’ accounts or data

  • Use Ok2Post for commercial purposes without permission

  • Circumvent security features or approval tools

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Ok2Post is not responsible for images being lost, improperly uploaded, misused, shared without consent, or distributed by other users outside the platform.

  • Ok2Post does not guarantee that content will always remain private, secure, or fully protected from unauthorized access.

  • Your use of Ok2Post is at your own risk.

Ok2Post is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Ok2Post may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in harmful behavior on the platform.

Upon termination, we may delete your content in accordance with our data policies.

10. Modifications

Ok2Post may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
